Pricing is always created on a custom format allowing our clients to select aspects that fit their needs.  Pricing for planning services vary due to size, detail, and location.

The Big Day

PHASE ONE

Initial consultation early in the planning process to secure the date An overall luxury wedding coordinator experience in the 6 weeks leading up to your day Preferred vendor list provided to the bride Unlimited email and phone communication available thru planning process with PURE.LOVE.STYLE for questions of advice, etiquette, or basic logistical concerns {no research involved}

PHASE TWO

Meeting 6 weeks before wedding date to get the 411, including walk thru of venue Review of vendor contracts (dot the i’s and cross the t’s) Pre-plan ceremony, processional, and recessional Pre-plan reception events & flow of the evening with guidance from the bride and groom Assistance with layout of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception Wedding weekend timeline creation & distribution to vendors Condensed timeline created and given to the bride for distribution to bridal party & family Review of Design Detail Sheet, completed by bride and groom Vendor communications, confirmations, and final payment verification Final meeting with bride approx 2 weeks prior to wedding date and final walk-thru of venue with necessary vendors

PHASE THREE

Facilitate wedding rehearsal Storage of all personal décor items the night before your wedding {limited to standard suv cargo space} Available the day of wedding for up to 10 hours {additional time may be contracted at $50 per hour} Manage wedding day according to established guidelines, design detail sheet, and time line Point of contact for all vendors, family, attendants, & guests Access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit Setup of all personal décor items and on-site décor styling {limits on size and weight of objects} Distribute final payments, thank you notes & gratuities to all applicable vendors Work closely with all vendors to ensure the seamless continuity of prepared timeline Oversee breakdown and clean-up of event Ensure that all equipment and personal items depart with the appropriate vendors and/or family members PHASE FOUR Follow up with facility for final review and any left behind items Follow up with vendors to review event and final billing *Additional hours and services available by request *An assistant will be provided for weddings of all sizes. *Additional assistants may be required due to size and intricacy of wedding. *Travel fees may apply. *Private Bridal Concierge available day of wedding for an additional fee.

Initial consultation to capture your needs, vision, style and story Personalized recommendations of venues and vendors based on your needs, style and budget Personalized planning timeline provided to the eager bride Custom Budget Preparation Complementary personalized domain for your wedding website {ex: www.justinlovescandice.com} Personalized design guide including color selection, inspiration photos and styling advice Review of vendor contracts and advice during your negotiation process Serve as “consultant” during planning process with unlimited email and phone communication for advice on etiquette, guidelines, budget, design and the overall process {this does not include any research during this part of the process}

Hand in Hand

PHASE ONE

Initial consultation to capture your needs, vision, style and story Personalized recommendations of venues & vendors based on your needs, style & budget Vendor research for all wedding related needs, including quotes and comparisons Custom Budget Preparation and Organize and track expenditures for budget to ensure satisfaction Personalized design guide including color selection, inspiration photos and styling advice Complete design oversight and recommendations for all wedding related décor, including but not limited to: stationary, rentals, catering, beverage, favors, DIY ideas and layout for ceremony and reception. Oversee negotiations with vendors, while serving as main point of contact thru planning process Scheduling and attendance of all vendor meetings {meetings must be scheduled within our availability} Review of vendor contracts (dot the i’s and cross the t’s) Assistance with selection of bridal party and family gifts Assemble and mail wedding invitations (all costs such as postage, calligraphy, & printing to be paid by client) Track RSVP’s {option to have RSVPs returned to our office} Assistance with selection of bridal/bridal party apparel Attendance, assistance, and styling of bridal or engagement photo shoot Organize and track hotel accommodations and means of transportation to & from wedding locations by serving as your guest concierge Assistance with Out of Town guest bags (design, assembly, and delivery) Includes monthly meetings with client {at client’s discretion} Unlimited communication for inspiration and direction throughout the planning process

  • Day of setup {billed per hour at $50/hr}
